All items are pre-owned and pre-loved and may show signs of wear or patina, adding to their authentic vintage charm. We expect the buyer to have realistic expectations regarding the item's condition, which is at least 20 years old.
Most of the pre-owned and pre-loved items, no matter how carefully used in the past, will most likely have signs of wear.
We do our best to inspect each piece and provide our assessment of the condition (excellent vintage/very good vintage/good vintage) as well as photos so you know exactly what to expect when shopping for vintage home goods and collectibles.
Yes, we gently clean all pieces in our collection, such as vintage kitchenware, retro pottery, and antique furniture. We do not use chemicals to preserve the quality of the surface in its original state (e.g., no polishing). Rarely restorations are performed since we believe that vintage items have a higher value in their original state, which adds unique vintage character to every item. The buyer can decide to perform restoration after the purchase.

If you’re sending a gift, let us know at checkout, and we’ll wrap it beautifully and include a personalized hand-written message (up to 20 words). We can include a handwritten note in English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Ukrainian, or Russian. For any other languages, please include the original text, and we will print it out for you and add it to the package.

We carefully package all items—whether vintage glassware or antique lights—to ensure safe delivery, but sometimes issues during transit are beyond our control. If your item arrives damaged, please:

3. Share these images with us within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll investigate with the delivery service and provide a resolution—refund, partial refund, depending on the extent of the damage, or other solution—within 14 days.
